I checked out the ingredient list and it looked decent to me. I’m not an expert or anything, but it seems like they probably kept it fairly gentle and safe. I felt comfortable using it based on what I saw.

I ordered this from pinkcosmetics.co.za and, it did what I needed it to do. I know some people are quick to doubt skincare results, but my skin genuinely looked smoother after just a few uses. No irritation either, which is a big deal for me. I’m happy with it

I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t work for me. It felt kind of cheap when I used it, and the texture was a bit odd, almost like it never fully settled on my skin. The color was actually okay, so I’ll give it that, but it didn’t last very long at all. Weirdly, I remember I was applying it while my kettle was making this loud clicking noise, and I still thought, “Hmm, this feels off.” Overall, not the best quality for me.

It looks genuine enough and hasn’t caused any problems so far, so I guess that’s a win. Not exactly much to complain about at this point.

The return was easy enough, no real hassle there. Refund took a little longer than I expected, but it got sorted in the end.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but the delivery cost was actually cheap. Can’t really complain about it, honestly.

I was kind of frustrated because most of the shades were sold out when I checked. To be fair, I’m picky about colors, but of course the ones I would actually wear were the ones unavailable.

Everything was wrapped properly, nothing was broken, and there were no leaks at all. The box didn’t look like it had been abused in transit, and even the small items were packed securely instead of just being tossed in like someone didn’t care.

It’s such a basic thing, but apparently some companies still can’t get it right. Pink Cosmetics did, though, and I’d definitely order again because at least they seem to take responsibility for how the order arrives.
